In addition, the ROTHENBERGER Group is committed to the standards laid down in the conventions of the International Labor Organization ILO and in particular the so-called core labor standards as well as the UN conventions on the rights of the child and on the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women and the OECD guidelines for international companies.
This Supplier Code of Conduct (SCoC) defines the principles and requirements of the ROTHENBERGER Group to its suppliers and business partners, i.e. to every contractual partner who supplies ROTHENBERGER with goods, materials and/or services, as well as their employees, who, by signing this SCoC, undertake to act responsibly and to adhere to the basic principles listed in this SCoC. This SCoC represents a minimum standard that is intended to prevent situations that could call into question the integrity of the company and its employees.
ROTHENBERGER reserves the right to change the requirements of this SCoC if necessary. In this case, ROTHENBERGER Group expects its suppliers to accept such reasonable changes.
