We provide you with two ways of sending your electronic invoice to ROTHENBERGER. Decide for yourself which is the best for you. In the following you will find information to make your decision easier:

Billing scandal alternatives

With the INEX e-mail basic process, you can send your invoices to us electronically without any further technical preparations. A separate registration is not necessary.

Please note: the process can only be used if you can generate PDF files with your computer or software. Unfortunately, scanned/digitised paper invoices cannot be processed further.

How it works:
  • Send the files generated with your previous invoice and your PDF programme by e-mail to rechnung(at)rothenberger.com.
  • Please add "Invoice ROTHENBERGER" to the e-mail subject line if possible.
  • All invoice-relevant contents must be included in the invoice. The e-mail will be deleted after extraction of the invoice.
  • Please note that attachments to invoices will not be processed.

INEX eDoc Connect allows you to print your electronic invoice document as a PDF file and send it automatically to ROTHENBERGER. You no longer need to create a separate email to send the invoice! The process also uses encryption for sending. Likewise, already existing PDF files can be sent - the import of PDF files is provided for. By means of an integrated journal you can control the dispatch of all invoices. Please note that attachments to the invoices are not processed.

General requirements

Applies to all operating systems:
  • The latest service pack is required.
  • The latest patches and security updates should be installed.
  • Virus scanners and internet security software or personal firewalls must allow communication via port 80 http, port 443 https. If necessary, create a corresponding rule in these programmes.
