Product description

The grapes are hand-harvested in mid-September, followed by fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25–28 °C for at least 18–22 days. The wine is then stirred, and the temperature is lowered to 18–20 °C to allow for malolactic fermentation. Aging takes place in traditional French oak barrels with capacities of 3,500 L and 500 L. After 18 months, the wine is bottled and ages for another 6 months before being released to the market.
