Dry core bits DX High Speed Dry
Uncomplicated and universally applicable
Dry drilling has become increasingly popular in recent years. No wonder. Because the advantages over wet drilling are obvious. Dry drilling produces less dirt and no wetness. That is why drilling can be done practically anywhere. Even in inhabited houses and flats with carpeted or parquet floors, it is no problem to use it.
Unlike wet drilling, no water supply is needed at the place of use. Only a power connection is necessary. The uncomplicated pre- and post-processing of dry drilling saves time and effort and allows you to take on more jobs per day. That pays off.
Whether reinforced concrete, masonry or sand-lime brick: the DX High Speed Dry diamond dry core bit can be used to drill without any problems. There is a suitable variant for every application. DX High Speed Dry dry core bits are available for the most common threaded sockets in various diameters and a depth of 150 mm or 330 mm.
3D diamond matrix for precise and easy-cutting drilling
The special feature of the DX High Speed Dry core bits is the precise, three-dimensional symmetry of the diamond distribution, the 3D diamond matrix. Due to this special arrangement of the diamonds on the core bit, the wear of the segments during drilling is continuous and even. This means less force is required for drilling and less material wear.
The segment height of the DX High Speed Dry core bits is 10 mm, for a high cutting performance and long service life. The over-rotation of the drill bits results in balanced rotation, which further reduces wear.
Advantages of the DX High Speed Dry core bits:
- 3D diamond matrix: Three-dimensional positioning of the diamonds for easy-cutting drilling, little effort and long service life.
- Overturned drill bits ensure precise concentricity and reduce wear and tear
- Air vents eliminate drilling dust and provide cooling
- Available in diameters 32 - 205 mm
- 1.1/4" UNC and 1/2" threaded mounting is suitable for all ROTHENBERGER drill motors
