The high-quality Press Ring SETs with different contours have been specially designed and developed by ROTHENBERGER for pressing applications on metallic piping systems (copper, steel, stainless steel) as well as on plastic piping systems. With these Press Ring designs, users/applicants are ideally equipped to press fittings in complex assembly situations in conformity with the system. Thanks to ROTHENBERGER DURA LAZR TEC® technology - an innovative, partial laser hardening process - precise and reliable pressing is made possible while at the same time increasing service life. This additionally results in minimized wear and a doubling of pressing cycles compared to non-treated pressing tools. Furthermore, long-term corrosion protection supports the resistance of the press rings/jaws. Due to the use of a heavy-duty special steel, ROTHENBERGER press ring SETs are suitable for all commercially available press machines with a constant axial thrust of 19 kN or 32 kN.
