Transport & Logistics Co-Ordinator

Job Role: 

Working with the Supply Chain & Service After Sales Manager, and also in liaison with the Warehouse and Customer Service Team, the duties and responsibilities of this new role will evolve inline with the company. The role will initially involve the setting up and organising of the department, as well as being responsible for co-ordinating and organising all routes and loads for the drivers (and yourself if required).  We are looking to increase the amount and type of goods currently being transported by Sievert UK, so this in itself will require a lot of planning which the succesful candidate will be part of. The main item to be transported will be gas cylinder refills, so any level of ADR training would be beneficial but not essential. A wider breadth of responsibilities may be introduced upon the required level of competency being attained in the initial areas. Appropriate training and support will be given to cover all aspects of the job.

Data Analyst / Co-Ordinator

Job Role: 

Do you have a naturally analytical mind? We are looking to hire a highly motivated, driven and reliable individual to administer and manage data input, ensuring absolute accuracy and that data maximises results through the setting and monitoring of KPI’s. The successful applicant will also be required to gather information to collate into organised databases (such as a material data base), collate and gather customer sales data and present in a usable format to increase sales and highlight gaps in product sales and report and resolve data queries. This position will also aid and support the KAM and sales team with sales and product analysis. Must be able to comunicate in a professional manner, be flexible and able to adapt to different projects, and able to work in a team as well individually.

Customer Service / Internal Sales Administrator

Job Role: 

We are looking for an individual to join a busy customer service team within a fast-paced office environment. The sucessful candidate will be required to have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), working to a high level of accuracy and with attention to detail. General computer / IT skills are required (MS Office, Outlook and Excel to a reasonable level) with experience of using SAP / Qlikview an advantage, although training will be provided. Must also be able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures. Working as part of a team, the role will include answering incoming calls from customers and sales personnel, checking incoming sales orders for accuracy, co-ordinating customer returns and raising credit notes, some aspects of sales through promotional activity and up selling, ensure follow up by passing sales leads to account managers where required and keep tabs on the outcome, handle in-bound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales, make outbound follow up calls to existing account base via telephone, e-mail etc, attend periodic sales/product training when required, emphasize product / services provided and explain the features and benefits of our company and product range.

Marketing Assistant

Job Role: 

Working within a fast paced office environment, we are looking for a marketing assistant with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail to asisst a growing marketing department. The sucessful candidate will also provide support to the S & M Director and Regional Sales team with any general marketing related tasks as requested. Day to day duties will include asissting the marketing manager with the planning and updating of marketing calendar and social media roadmap, planning and implementation of marketing campaigns in line with strategy, assisting with production of annual illustrated price list, creating and updating marketing materials such as image database and product database (ready for digital use and print), writing and executing press releases, editorials and adverts in popular industry magazines, creating and updating web pages through Magento e-Commerce, using mailchimp for social media management and e-mail marketing, researching and collating competitor information. There may also be a requirement to assist with exhibitions and events throughout the year, and supporting regional sales team with marketing material such as POS flyers, posters, etc. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Mailchimp, Magento and / or other similar eCommerce platforms, proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and experience of using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro in particular).
