Customer Service / Internal Sales Administrator
We are looking for an individual to join a busy customer service team within a fast-paced office environment. The sucessful candidate will be required to have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), working to a high level of accuracy and with attention to detail. General computer / IT skills are required (MS Office, Outlook and Excel to a reasonable level) with experience of using SAP / Qlikview an advantage, although training will be provided. Must also be able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures. Working as part of a team, the role will include answering incoming calls from customers and sales personnel, checking incoming sales orders for accuracy, co-ordinating customer returns and raising credit notes, some aspects of sales through promotional activity and up selling, ensure follow up by passing sales leads to account managers where required and keep tabs on the outcome, handle in-bound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales, make outbound follow up calls to existing account base via telephone, e-mail etc, attend periodic sales/product training when required, emphasize product / services provided and explain the features and benefits of our company and product range.
