The 800 workshop welding machine for special components is designed for pipe diameters ranging from 450 to 800 mm and supports various SDR classes. The proportional valve enables closed-loop control of the pressure system. The pressure control curve can be set automatically to regulate the pressure during every phase of the welding process. During the cooling phase, the welding pressure is automatically compensated based on the leakage ratio of the welding pressure. This ensures that the joint force of the welded connection remains within the standard control range.The control system, developed in-house by ROTHENBERGER, guides the user step by step through the welding process and automatically records all welding parameters. Welding can be performed in accordance with the preset DVS-2207 standards as well as other international standards and guidelines. Alternatively, the welding standards can be customized. Data is transferred via a USB interface.
