Battery powered thread cutting machine SUPERTRONIC 2000 E
The new way of threading: independent, powerful, persistent
Plumbing, heating and air conditioning installers use the battery-powered thread cutting machine SUPERTRONIC 2000 E to create pipe threads according to EN 10226 (BSPT R) on DIN EN 10255 M-H steel pipes, in sizes from R1/4 inch to 2 inch. Thanks to the CAS battery, installers can use the SUPERTRONIC 2000 E on the move and experience cordless freedom on the job site. With the powerful 4.0 Ah CAS battery, up to 8 times 2 inch threads can be cut with just one battery charge.
The SUPERTRONIC 2000 E convinces with a 4-fold faster reverse due to the reverse drive. A secure grip in both directions of rotation is given through the hardened, interlocking prism pipe clamp.
Full power with long service life
The battery-powered thread cutting machine SUPERTRONIC 2000 E has a compact, rectangular design. This makes it possible to cut threads in hard-to-reach places, such as corners and shafts.
The brushless motor ensures wear-free operation and a long service life. Thanks to automatic, permanent motor lubrication and the brushless motor, SUPERTRONIC 2000 E is maintenance-friendly.
User-friendly operation enables a large switch for forward and reverse gear. A tight fit of the cutting heads is ensured by the direct mounting with snap ring locking.
These features characterize the SUPERTRONIC 2000 E:
- Toolless Speed-Lock die head mounting: For a fast and fixed connection
- Compact and rectangular construction: Optimized for places, that are hard to reach, like corners or shafts, and for working safely on a work bench
- Brushless motor: For wear-free work and longer machine life
- Off-set die head mounting: Threading possible even close to walls
- Easy switching from forward to an even faster reverse: For working more efficiently
- Powerful 18 V battery: For cutting up to 8 threads (2 inch BSPT) with only one battery load (Li-Power 18 V / 4.0 Ah)
- DuraEasyCut: Optimized geometry for reduced effort of up to 20% for person and machine
