Reliably inspecting installed or concealed pipes or precisely localising defects is one of the most demanding and challenging tasks in everyday HVAC work. The new ROINFRATECT infrared thermal imaging camera makes visible what the naked eye cannot see: with high resolution and high-precision sensor technology, it detects even the smallest temperature differences.
This allows you to precisely locate pipes and lines in floors, ceilings and walls, assess heat distribution, uncover irregularities and recognise problems at an early stage - before they lead to damage.
Is there already a defect or visible damage? The actual damaged area and the visible damage do not match, especially in the case of installed systems. With ROINFRATECT, you not only detect the exact position of the defect, but also analyse how the damage has spread in the building structure - quickly, precisely and without unnecessary chiselling on suspicion.
Small format, large field of application and smart functions
The ROINFRATECT impresses with precise infrared measurement, smart functions and very simple operation. The high sensor resolution of 256 x 192 pixels, in combination with a particularly low NETD value of < 40 mK, enables the ROINFRATECT to accurately measure and visualise temperature differences. This allows even the smallest anomalies to be recognised before serious damage can occur.
Thanks to various image modes that can be conveniently selected in the menu on the touch display, the best possible visualisation can be selected for the task at hand. Concealed heating and cooling elements can thus be localised precisely. The function of invisible or enclosed surface heating systems, pipework and connections can also be checked.
The simple integration of the ROINFRATECT into the ROTHENBERGER app means that live images can be shared transparently with clients and customers and diagnoses can be efficiently documented and logged.
