Uncomplicated and universally applicable
Dry drilling has become increasingly popular in recent years. And no wonder. Because the advantages over wet drilling are obvious. Dry drilling produces less dirt and no moisture. Drilling can therefore be carried out practically anywhere. Even in occupied houses and flats with carpets or parquet flooring, dry drilling is no problem.
Unlike wet drilling, no water supply is required at the installation site. All that is required is a power connection. The uncomplicated preparation and follow-up work involved in dry drilling saves time and effort, allowing you to take on more jobs per day. That pays off.
Whether reinforced concrete, masonry or sand-lime brick: drilling is easy with the DX High Speed Dry diamond dry core bit. There is a suitable variant for every application. DX High Speed Dry dry core bits are available for the most common thread holders in various diameters and a depth of 150 mm or 330 mm.
3D diamond matrix for precise and easy-cutting drilling
The special feature of the DX High Speed Dry dry core bits is the precise, three-dimensional symmetry of the diamond distribution, the 3D diamond matrix. This special arrangement of the diamonds on the core bit means that the segments wear continuously and evenly during drilling. This means less effort when drilling and less material wear.
The segment height of the DX High Speed Dry dry core bits is 10 mm, for high cutting performance and a long service life. The over-rotation of the core bits results in balanced rotation, which further reduces wear.
